Position Description:
The COVID-19 Testing Facilitator is responsible for all the coordination and oversight of the
district’s employee testing program. This includes initial setup of space and procedures,
communications of said organization and procedures, implementation of Rapid COVID-19
testing, communication of results and all required follow up.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  1. Will Conduct rapid PCR testing at districts’s testing center.
  2. Ensures coordination of communication for use of the testing center and sharing results.
  3. Work collaboratively to ensure adequate stock and supplies.
  4. Compile, manage, and make available relevant information as it relates to the district’s testing center.
  5. Maintain and report all necessary data to meet the expectations of the district’s testing grant.
  6. Assist LSNs in communicating and conducting close contact and quarantine information.
  7. All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  1.  Similar experience and/or knowledge in working with infectious diseases are preferred. Willing to train
  2. Must be organized.
  3. Must be able to take initiative, multi-task, and manage task timelines.
  4. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in or ability to acquire skills in the use of data collection technologies.
