Season Dates:  March 15, 2023 – June 15, 2023

Duties:  Specifically this position will be responsible for coaching and working with our horizontal jumpers/sprinters.  In addition, this coach will work in conjunction with the other assistant coaches to assist the head coach in achieving the goals of the Co-Ed Track and Field program.  This includes but is not limited to setting up practices, meets, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program.  Applicants must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games. 

Preferences:  Previous experience as a participant and/or coach.  A BA/BS Degree and Minnesota Teaching License is highly preferred. 

Qualifications:   A strong background in high school track and field competition as a participant and or coach is required.  In addition, a strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities is essential.  Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution.  Ability to work with student athletes, parents, staff, and community.

Salary:  Compensation in accordance with Schedule C
