Qualifications/Experience:
Experience working with children preferred.
If over 18 years of age, a successful background check is required.

Skills Needed:
Knowledge of the subject taught, ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior, ability to deliver articulate presentations, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, students, and parents.

Specific Tasks:
Perform intermediate skilled work, teaching youth learners for the Camps and Clinics program. Work is performed under limited supervision.

Adapt teaching materials and methods to be relevant to the youth learners. Instruct students in relevant subject matter areas. Represent Community Education and Cambridge-Isanti Schools in a positive way.
