Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitors student tests, student work and behavior.
  2. Maintains effective physical/digital filing and organizational system for tests.
  3. Communicates regularly and effectively with administration, department chairs, teachers, department office assistants, and students regarding work of the testing room.
  4. Facilitates receipt of tests from departments and assistants, as well as return of tests to departments and assistants.
  5. Monitors and maintain testing room protocols and testing security procedures.

  1. Experience in working with high school age students.
  2. Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  3. Demonstrated ability to respect, protect, and maintain confidentiality.
  4. Demonstrated ability to follow through on a project.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build positive and productive relationships with students to schedule and complete assessments in timely manner.
  6. Demonstrated ability to learn and use all essential technologies in the testing room (e.g. Skyward, Schoology, Microsoft, Google, Outlook, MAST app, testing room app, etc) to ensure communication with teachers/students and operation of the testing room results in tests arriving and being returned and students receiving notifications and completing assessments in a timely manner.
  7. Demonstrated organizational skills, punctuality, and efficiency.
  8. Evidence of representing MHS in a professional, helpful manner.
  9. Clear communication skills in speaking and writing, and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction
