Volleyball Coach Head
 Hours include practices, evening matches and weekend invitational events. The 2018-19 competitive volleyball season is August 13th through the end of the season.
 The Head Volleyball Coach will be in charge of developing and implanting the volleyball program for Royalton High School. He/She will instruct participants, oversee safety, and supervise coaches. The Head Coach will oversee a program of student participants in grades 7-12, but will be involved in all aspects of ISD 485 volleyball youth programs through varsity. The applicant would be responsible for working with the assistant coaches at junior varsity, c-squad and junior high levels.
This assignment also includes being able to assess skills, teaching/coaching skills, player development, and motivation within the program.
The position includes being the leader for directing, communicating, teaching, recruiting, practices, demonstrations, advising, organizing and assessing. The Head Volleyball Coach will also be responsible for a budget and all scheduling of practice.
This position will report and work closely with the Activities Director to ensure the program is developing and growing. 
This is a paid position on the current salary scale.
MSHSL head coach certification is required.
