Job Summary:
A community school is a place and a set of collective partnerships. This strategy aligns school and community resources for student success.
The Community School Site Facilitator will ensure unified, effective implementation by:

  • Connecting
    • Stakeholders to site needs
    • Partners to the site and one another
    • With District-wide community school alignment
    • Through networking and outreach
  • Coordinating
    • Partnership (programming, meetings and regular continuous improvement processes)
    • Family and Community Engagement opportunities
    • Fundraising, grant writing and volunteer efforts
  • Facilitating
    • Collaborations amongst stakeholders (e.g. students, families, staff and community partners)
    • Comprehensive needs assessments and data analysis related to goals
    • Site and system-wide communications


  • Any current Minnesota Teacher license required including Social Work or School Psychologists, School Counselors, OT/PTs or Licensed School Nurses)
