Looking for a way to make a difference in the lives of students! Apply to be a Special Education Educational Associate. The candidate hired for this position will provide assistance to students with special needs and support for teachers in the implementation of daily lesson plans and activities.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6.75 hours between student hours of 9:15 and 4:15pm Student Days (170 days per year)
Required Qualifications: Associate’s Degree, at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (a minimum of 60 semester credits), or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment. Information on the ParaPro Assessment can be found on Metro ECSU’s website at metroecsu.org.
Wage: Pursuant to the Minnesota School Employees’ Association’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, this position has a starting hourly rate of $18.50, plus a competitive benefits package.
