Twin Cities International Schools is currently accepting applications for a Part-time (3.5 hours per day, 17.5 hr per week) Distance Learning Support Teacher Position for Grades K-8 in all subject areas. Position is designed to be live on Google Meet for 3 hours per day, Monday-Friday with 0.5 hours of administrative time for attendance and school communication daily. Hours can be somewhat flexible: 8am-11am or 9am-12pm for live sessions. TCIS is open to additional “live” hours to increase total hours to 20 hours per week. Candidates must hold a valid MN Teaching License. Salary based on TCIS Licensed staff salary scale.

Teacher will start the day with a live morning/welcome meeting for any students absent due to quarantine or illness and ensure attendance is taken based on participation of live interaction. Teacher will support students with posted assignments and basic level technology support. Instructional videos should be posted by classroom teachers and can be used as reference for teaching content. Teacher will serve as liaison between classroom teacher, school and student/family who is participating in temporary distance learning,
