Qualifications: A MN Teaching License in Elementary Education is required.
The candidate should also possess strong instructional skills centered in cultural responsiveness. Specific qualities include:
- Demonstrated commitment to developing lessons and instruction centered in racial and cultural responsiveness.
- Demonstrated interest and effectiveness in working with upper elementary scholars.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated use of formative assessments to assess and plan for student learning, disaggregated by student groups.
Compensation: Minimum full-year, full-time starting salary for this position is $43,476, plus a district contribution toward health and dental insurance.
