Successful background check required.
Ability to organize, multi-task, and provide oversight for up to 10 students attending trips within the community; must be comfortable working with and support students grades K-5; must be able to commit to all field trip days in June or August or both; ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, and families.

This program is a part of a summer expansion of opportunities for students funded through a grant from MDE.
Direct monitoring and supervision of up to 10 students in a group; Review field trip expectations with students, provide reminders and clarifications to ensure safety and success for all; Work with site coordinator if additional supports are needed for students; Implement success plans as needed; Establish positive relationships with students, families, staff, and site coordinator.
Schedule and Wages:
Program schedule: Weeks of June 20 & 27 and Weeks of August 1 & 8, 2022. Tuesday-Thursdays only, approx. 8 am – 4 pm. Hours may vary slightly depending on field trip location.
Paid planning and prep time prior to and during programming weeks.
Licensed staff will be paid at $50/hour.
Non-licensed staff will be paid at $25/hour.
