Job Duties: A successful head girls cheer coaching candidate will consistently articulate and implement standards for high expectations which are fair and demanding, create a positive atmosphere within the entire program, build organized and successful practice and game strategies, understand the value of collaborative work with assistants, parents, administration and community, uphold the visions of WBLAHS, the SEC, and the MSHSL, employ a creative approach to team, classroom, and community goals, and be a steward for the district.
Education Required: Certification (or the ability to be certified) as a head coach through the MSHSL.
Experience Desired and/or Special Requirements: Cheer coaching experience as a varsity assistant or head coach at the high school level is required.
Salary: Per extra-curricular agreement in the teacher contract.
