High School Diploma/GED and passed ParaPro Praxis Exam (or 60 college credits) required. 
Successful background check required.
Prefer experience in working with preschool aged special needs students.
Good verbal communication skills.

Specific Tasks:
The instructional assistant will work with student in the area of academic and functional support.  The individual will need to help with toileting and other self-help needs.  The candidate may have the potential to be the IA for the midday bus route if needed.  The individual will work with daily living skills with the child.  

Hours per day:
3.25 hours M-F (8:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.) with the potential of an additional Bus IA position
