Description
The Kids Korner Assistant Site Lead is responsible for all aspects of assisting the lead supervisor in all site operations. The hours will vary depending on student numbers, assignment, and scheduled activities. The Assistant Site Lead will work approximately a 7 hour split shift per day, 5 days per week. There are occasional evening and weekend trainings or activities. This is a year-round position. A minimum of 2 years post-secondary education and 2 years supervisory experience in a related field required. Wage: $13.50 per hour. Benefit package. Job Duties:
- assist in planning, preparation and implement daily activities
- provide care and supervision to children
- ensure site is properly maintained
- develop positive communication with all parents, students, and Kids Korner staff
- maintain necessary records
- adherence to state and federal regulations
- supervise support staff
- Promote Austin Public Schools in a professional manner at all times
