Austin Public Schools seeks an experienced applicant for the position of Mental Health Practitioner. 

The selected candidate will work closely with an educator and mental health behavioral aide to support students who struggle to self-regulate their emotions.

The Practitioner’s job duties include the planning and implementation of CTSS Skills Groups as well as individual skill based sessions for students with varying disability categories.  

The Practitioner is responsible for all CTSS paperwork obligations including but not limited to: Diagnostic Assessment Addendums, Child and Adolescent Services Intensity Instrument, Individual Treatment Plans, Individual Behavior Plans and all associated documentation in the student files.
