Skills Needed:
Ability to organize, multi-task, and provide oversight for middle school enrichment program; must be able to commit to all 12 days of program; ability to maintain standards of behavior; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students and parents; thorough knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective teaching.

Specific Tasks:
This program is a part of a summer expansion of opportunities for students funded through a grant from MDE.  
In partnership with other summer program staff, design, organize and prepare an inviting, safe, and engaging summer program for middle schoolers; Coordinate daily activities and/or field trips for middle school program, transitions for students, and communication between students, families, staff/instructors, and district office; Provide overall student support to ensure success for all; Provide in-person leadership for all 12 days of the program; Work in partnership with Coordinator and Director on all aspects of programming and communication. 

Schedule and Wages:
Program schedule: Weeks of June 20 & 27 and Weeks of August 1 & 8, 2022.  Tuesday-Thursdays only, 8:00 am -1:30 pm
Paid planning and prep time prior to and during programming weeks.
Licensed staff will be paid at $50/hour.
