Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist:
 

  • JOB SUMMARY: Performs administrative support work maintaining budget records, assisting staff with finance questions, providing support to the Finance & HR department, and related work as apparent or assigned.

Education/Certification/Licensure:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary courses in secretarial, administrative support, bookkeeping or related field preferred

 
Experience:

  •  Moderate experience in an office or customer service setting
  • Previous experience in a school district preferred
