STUDENT SERVICES PARAPROFESSIONAL 

Location: Mora High School 

Job Duties Include: Performs intermediate clerical support work to the Counselor’s Office.  Duties include answering telephones, greeting visitors, maintaining student academic records and registration, generating reports, providing support to counseling staff, and related work as apparent or assigned.  Work is performed under the supervision of the high school principal.

 Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; and ParaPro Test with a score of 460 or higher, or 2 years post HS education (AA degree or 60 semester credits) required.   Exceptional oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, experience with G-Suite applications, Microsoft Office, Synergy student record system and prior office experience preferred.  Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality practices.

Salary: Per Education Minnesota ESP  AFL-CIO Agreement, negotiable DOQ. Benefits include health, dental, life and long term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid sick time and paid holidays.
