The Youth Development Leaders work to improve student achievement and increase racial/cultural integration in the six Nobles County Integration Collaborative member school districts. Youth leaders work with students in school classrooms during the school-day and through out-of-school-time programs to address: academic success, civic engagement, college & career readiness, cultural fluency, and leadership development. This position will include occasional evening and weekend hours. Applicants must have a driver’s license and personal transportation. Bilingual skills and a college degree preferred.
