    171 Student contact days + 3 staff development days + 6 paid holidays
Location: Mora High School
Job Duties may include:  Assist teaching staff by providing academic and behavioral support, lunchroom supervision, ensuring student safety and enforcing school rules.   Positions may include working with students in special education and general education programming.
Qualifications: ParaPro Test with a score of 460 or higher, or 2 years post HS education (AA degree or 60 semester credits) required.  Experience in a high school or alternative school setting, and CPR and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred.  Must be supportive and collaborative to meet student and staff needs.
Salary: Per Education Minnesota ESP  AFL-CIO Agreement starting at $15.01 per hour, Category 5 (B23), Step 1. Benefits may include health, dental, life and long term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid sick time.
