Assist the head coach with:

Applying knowledge of skills, techniques, and rules of the sport to assist athletes to reach their potential.

Using sound methods to teach skills and techniques.

Building relationships and a positive team culture

Conducting well-planned practice sessions.

Managing the inventory and equipment of the program

Planning and implementing activities within the school district that encourage the development of an articulated feeder program.
