Experience: Supervising public and/or educational activities and events

Qualifications: Ability to relate positively to all age groups; take directions, make decisions and work with minimum supervision.  Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and computers is preferred.  

Two to four evenings per week during the school year and some Saturdays.  Flexible hours necessary to supervise the Activity Center walking track and after school supervision of students and events.  
 

Responsibilities:  Serves as a liaison between Community Education Department, instructional staff, building administration and public.  

Provides instructors with contracts, class lists, texts, materials, and other communications as requested. 
Ensures that all rooms are accessible and equipment needed for users is provided; sets up and operates AV equipment, including scoreboards, computers and other AV equipment related to the rental of school facilities.
