Engage, connect, make a difference this summer by joining the Summer Adventures team! This summer Lakeville Area Schools Summer Adventures program is seeking multiple Summer Adventures Assistants!

As a Assistant with the Summer Adventures summer program you will assist the program Instructor in caring for and supervising children as well as helping implement a daily curriculum.
Position Descriptions/Qualifications
- Works directly with and supervises large and small groups of children in planned activities throughout a variety of settings, such as: classroom, cafeteria, gym, computer lab, playground and while on field trips.
- Ability to work independently, exercise mature judgment and manage children’s behavior in a positive manner.
- High school diploma plus Associates degree or experience working with children in a child care or school setting
- Ages 18 and up
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification

Schedule/ Hours
- Workshop & Set Up – June 7, 2024
- Program Dates – June 10 through August 23, 2024. Closed June 19, July 4 & 5
- 8 hours per day. Shift start and end times vary by building

- Lake Marion Elementary (2 positions available)
- Oak Hills Elementary (4 positions available)
- Christina Huddleston Elementary (1 position available)
- Cherry View Elementary (2 positions available)
Salary
- $15.00 – $20.31 per hour depending on experience
