Description

Roseville Area Schools Community Education is seeking dedicated caring individuals to join our aquatics team as Swim Instructors. The position primarily teaches American Red Cross swim classes during the school year and summer at our new pool facility at Anpétu Téca Education Center.  Scheduling is flexible with programs typically offered in the late afternoon and early evening, but weekend and daytime hours may also be available based on staff availability.  Primary responsibility will be to provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities in a positive, fun, learning environment.

Required qualifications:

  • American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR Certification (we can help you become certified if you are not already)
  • Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Able to swim

Desired Qulaifications:

  • Experience working with children
  • Good attendance
  • Flexibiility

Minimum starting hourly rate is $16.00.
